Casino
The energy on the casino floor is vibrant, 24 hours a day. And it takes the finest and most enthusiastic casino team members to reflect that energy to the players. Dealers, pit managers, slot team members, security and more make the experience unforgettable.
Food & Beverage
Our Food & Beverage department is one-of-a-kind. Some of the most famous chefs on earth have chosen to open up shop at Borgata, which means we'll hire only the finest and most energetic servers, bartenders, sous chefs, cooks, and more.
Hospitality
Hospitality starts the moment the customer walks to the front desk and meets a smiling face behind the counter. Or even before that, when the chauffeur picks the customer up. Or even better than that , when the valet runner greats you when you arrive. Or even before that, when customer care books a customer's room quickly, efficiently and conveniently.
Marketing
At Borgata, Marketing means something a little different than it does in corporate America. It means forging relationships with players and guests, promoting special events and basically having fun at your job; while marketing team members in other industries are busy looking at spreadsheets.
Administration and Finance
Yes, even Administration and Finance departments are fun places to work. We use the latest technology, making for a smooth, efficient operation.
Information Technology
Information Technology is more than just a department name to us. With Internet access and e- mail for each of our thousands of team members, our IT folks are the people who make communication second nature.
Entertainment
Those big name entertainers don’t just magically appear at Borgata. The Entertainment department makes it happen – from entertainment technicians to ushers.

At Borgata, we instill the same sense of caring for the local community as we do for our customers. Borgata has created The Borgata Heart & Soul Foundation as means for the organization and its team members to give to the community in which we work and play.
The Borgata Heart & Soul Foundation is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others through Charitable giving in the areas of community, health and human services, culture and education. In keeping with such mission, the Foundation is committed to the maintenance of high standards of ethical conduct and to operation within the letter and spirit of the law.
As a Borgata team member, you'll be given numerous opportunities to volunteer and contribute time and talents to local and deserving areas of need in the community. Team members can also elect to contribute to a portion of their paycheck to The Borgata Heart & Soul Foundation.
